The 5th annual Transition Fair will be held at the College of Charleston – North Campus on February 22nd, 2020 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. We hope that you will attend this amazing opportunity for families and caregivers to learn more about the myriad and diverse services available to students with special needs. Employers, information & resources will be available to help prepare for successful post-secondary outcomes. Applicants are encouraged to come dressed for Success! The event is open to all Charleston area families and there is no cost to attend.
