Slappy, the 25-lb slamball, will be traveling with his carrier Richard Sexton for 750 miles across the Carolinas in 30 days.
WHY? To raise funds for our friend at Champion Autism Network, an organization committed to building sensory-friendly experiences for children on the spectrum and their families. This event will be self-supporting and all funds raised will go directly to CAN.
The run begins April 28th at the TN/NC border near Wolf Creek, NC and concludes May 26th in Surfside Beach, SC. You may participate as a donor, event sponsor, or even join along to run or walk the route.
